 This position supports the Full Population Management finance team, maintaining strategic financial reports and tracking operational and membership metrics to enhance market performance. Strong data analytics and critical thinking skills are required to identify trends and areas for improvement.


 📌 Key Responsibilities: 
 ✅ Maintain monthly &amp; quarterly financial reports 
 ✅ Assist in forecasting &amp; budgeting 
 ✅ Develop operational metric &amp; membership reporting 
 ✅ Research financial variances and trends 
 ✅ Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency &amp; reporting quality 
 ✅ Collaborate with finance &amp; operations leadership teams

 Who You Are
</h3>

 🔹 Required Qualifications: 
 ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel &amp; PowerPoint 
 ✔ Experience managing large data sets with high attention to detail 
 ✔ Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills 
 ✔ Ability to improve operational efficiency 
 ✔ Self-starter with collaborative &amp; matrixed organization experience


 🔹 Preferred Qualifications: 
 ✔ Experience with Hyperion Essbase &amp; PeopleSoft Financials 
 ✔ Data visualization skills in Power BI &amp; Tableau 
 ✔ Experience with financial modeling 
 ✔ Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships

 💰 Salary Range: $49,300 - $96,400 annually (based on experience, location, education, and other factors)
