 Atlassian is hiring a Learning Solutions Specialist to drive customer engagement through tailored learning and certification experiences. As part of the Customer Education team, this role will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and account teams to integrate learning into the customer journey—from onboarding to maturity.


 This is a new role at Atlassian, offering the opportunity to shape customer education programs and contribute to the company's learning strategy.

 Key Responsibilities
</h3>

 ✅ Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to understand customer learning goals, skill gaps, and business challenges through interviews, surveys, and product usage data.


 ✅ Training Plan Development: Design customized learning success plans with clear objectives, recommended resources, and timelines.


 ✅ Learning Journey Facilitation: Guide customers through their learning journey, providing support, motivation, and answering questions.


 ✅ Coordinating Learning Activities: Plan and execute live learning and certification programs in collaboration with content developers, account teams, and facilitators.


 ✅ Learning Maturity Development: Promote continuous learning by analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending learning adoption strategies.


 ✅ Content Collaboration: Partner with instructional designers and content developers to create training materials tailored to customer needs.

 Who You Are
</h3>

 🎯 Required Qualifications: 
 ✔ 3+ years experience in customer education, customer success, or related fields 
 ✔ Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven industries 
 ✔ Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies 
 ✔ Proven ability to conduct needs assessments &amp; develop learning plans 
 ✔ Strong program management skills (ideation, planning, scheduling, resource management, reporting) 
 ✔ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization 
 ✔ Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills


 ⭐ Bonus Points If You Have: 
 ✔ Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem 
 ✔ Knowledge of learning technologies &amp; certification programs

</h3>

 💰 Base Salary Ranges (Based on Location Pay Zones):

 Zone A: $85,500 - $114,000
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="2840" data-end="2874">
 
 Zone B: $77,000 - $102,600
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="2875" data-end="2908">
 
 Zone C: $71,000 - $94,600
 
 </li>
</ul>

 💡 Atlassian hires most candidates near the baseline of these ranges, but pay depends on skills, expertise, and experience.
