 Job Profile Summary: SaaS Sales Instructor (SDR Training)
</h3>

 We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Instructor to train aspiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in the SaaS sector. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality remote training while supporting job placements. As part of a broader initiative, we aim to use this program to generate insights on remote work success, eventually expanding beyond West Virginia to serve rural U.S. communities.


 This is a full-time contract position (40 hours/week), running from April 16 to November 28, 2025. The role is fully remote, requiring strong WiFi access and availability from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. The duration may change based on program design and launch timelines.

 Training Facilitation (80%)
</h4>

 Deliver engaging, rigorous, and effective online training to adult learners based on Generation’s SaaS Sales curriculum.

 Guide students through lead generation, qualification, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce accepted).
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1134" data-end="1246">
 
 Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment, ensuring active participation and learner engagement.
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1247" data-end="1388">
 
 Monitor student progress by tracking attendance, assignments, and assessments, using Canvas, Salesforce, and other digital tools.
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1389" data-end="1470">
 
 Adapt teaching strategies based on learner feedback and performance data.
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1471" data-end="1584">
 
 Provide one-on-one support, office hours, and additional learning opportunities to help learners succeed.

 Maintain communication with students via Teams, Slack, and other collaboration tools.

 Ideal Candidate
</h3>

 We seek a passionate instructor with strong SaaS sales experience and a commitment to learner success.


 ✔ 3+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR roles), preferably in SaaS. 
 ✔ Strong knowledge of HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce, including automation and sales metrics analysis. 
 ✔ Experience with lead generation, qualification, and sales enablement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong). 
 ✔ 1+ year of SDR training/coaching experience (adult professional training required). 
 ✔ Proficiency in Canvas (LMS), digital collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, GDrive), and Outlook. 
 ✔ Passion for helping unemployed and underemployed individuals build careers. 
 ✔ Strong communication, adaptability, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. 
 ✔ HubSpot certifications (or willingness to obtain them).
